ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

1.  Welcome and acknowledgement of Bunurong Boonwurrung country. 
2.  Present.  Please tick your name, or write your name on attendance sheet.

5.  Minutes from previous Annual General Meeting held Saturday 9 August 2025 – circulated.

9.  Determine annual subscriptions for 2027-2028, taking into account recommendation from
