You should use this form if you wish to upload a Photo Gallery to the FOCIS website: Photo Galleries
Note: Please rename your image files before uploading them because the filename will be used as the caption for the photo.

What Happens when you Upload a Photo Gallery
- When you upload a new Photo Gallery, it will be published immediately but it will be reviewed by the administrators to ensure the content is relevant and appropriate.
- The administrators may move, edit, or delete your Photo Gallery.
Elements of a Photo Gallery
Elements of a Photo Gallery
A Photo Gallery has these components:
- The Title of the Photo Gallery.
- One or more Gallery Categories.
- A Gallery Thumbnail Image that represents the Photo Gallery. (You will be able to crop and/or rotate the image as part of the upload process.)
- A Summary that provides a brief statement about the Photo Gallery. (The Summary will appear on the Photo Gallery summary page.)
- A Description that provides information about the contents of the Photo Gallery.
- The Author’s Email Address in case the viewer wishes to contact the Author.
- A set of Photos to be included in the Photo Gallery. (You will be able to crop and/or rotate each image as part of the upload process.)
Please note that the filename for each Photo will be used as the caption for the photo so please make sure you use meaningful names for your filenames.

- The Gallery Thumbnail Image acts as a thumbnail image that represents the Photo Gallery.
- It must be 300px wide and 200px high.
- You will be able to crop and/or rotate the image as part of the upload process.

- Before you upload your photos, please make sure you rename each of your files to give each file a meaningful name – the filename will be used as the caption for the photo.
- Each image must be a minimum of 200px wide and 200px high, and a maximum of 400px wide and 400px high.
- You will be able to crop and/or rotate each image as part of the upload process.

- You can view a Photo Gallery by clicking on the Photo Gallery Title or the Photo Gallery thumbnail image.

- Once your Photo Gallery has been published, the Photo Gallery summary page will be displayed. This provides a summary of all the Photo Galleries with the most recently updated Photo Gallery as the first entry on the page.
- You can edit or delete your own Photo Gallery.
- When you edit a Photo Gallery, you will be able to:
- Change the Title.
- Change the Gallery Categories.
- Change the Gallery Image.
- Change the Gallery Summary.
- Change the Gallery Description.
- Add Photos to the Gallery.
- Remove Photos from the Gallery.
Notifications

- When you upload a new Photo Gallery, or update a Photo Gallery, or delete a Photo Gallery, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification email will also be sent to the administrators.
- You will need to publish a news item on the website or on social media to let your followers know about a new Photo Gallery.
