- All items will be sent via Australia Post.
- The maximum weight for a single package is 5 kg.
- For deliveries within Australia we will use Prepaid Satchels from Australia Post. A satchel will be Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large depending on the total weight of the package.
- For deliveries outside Australia we will use Prepaid Satchels from Australia Post where the total weight is less than or equal to 2 Kg. A satchel will be 500 grams, 1 Kg, or 2 Kg in size depending on the total weight of the package.
- For deliveries outside Australia where the total weight is more than 2 Kg, we will use a box that can hold up to 5 Kg.
- Express Post is offered as an option where this service is available from Australia Post.
