For deliveries within Australia we will use Prepaid Satchels from Australia Post. A satchel will be Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large depending on the total weight of the package.
For deliveries outside Australia we will use Prepaid Satchels from Australia Post where the total weight is less than or equal to 2 Kg. A satchel will be 500 grams, 1 Kg, or 2 Kg in size depending on the total weight of the package.
For deliveries outside Australia where the total weight is more than 2 Kg, we will use a box that can hold up to 5 Kg.
Express Post is offered as an option where this service is available from Australia Post.
