Donation – Pay by Cheque/Money Order

  1. This option is available for Donations Only.
  2. The bank account identified here is a separate bank account used for donations to the Heritage Fund in accordance with Australian taxation laws.
  3. Any money paid into this bank account will be treated as a Donation.

The process of making a Donation and paying by Cheque/Money Order has 5 steps:

  1. Download the Donation Form.
  2. Complete the Donation Form.
  3. Note the total amount to be paid.
  4. Prepare your cheque/money order for the amount owing.
  5. Send your completed form together with your cheque/money order to us.

Step 1: Please download the Donation Form: FOCIS – Donation to the Heritage Fund – Jul 2019


Step 2: Please complete the Donation Form.

There are 2 ways of completing the form downloaded in Step 1:

  1. You can print the form and fill it in by hand.
  2. You can enter your details into the form and then print it.

Step 3: Please Note the Amount Owing.

Please take a note of the amount owing as shown on the completed form.


Step 4: Please Prepare Your Cheque/Money Order for the Amount Owing.

Please prepare your cheque/money order for the amount noted in Step 3.


Step 5: Please Send Your Completed Application Form with Cheque/Money Order to Us.
